3 Nights At Sea

Hey My Friend,

This week is all about videos!

During our time sailing in Mexico, Nike captured a lot of great footage. I’ve been enjoying watching these videos as she releases them, and I’m excited to share the episodes that feature both of us. I’ve fallen a bit behind, so I’ll be catching up this week.

Real-Time Update: Ibiza

As for the present, we’re currently in Ibiza, staying in the Marina at Santa Eulalia until Saturday, waiting out some bad weather. That means no sailing for now and likely some stormy days ahead—perfect for catching up on office work. My plan is to publish four videos this week to bring you up to speed with where we are now.

Flashback to Mexico: A Memorable Crossing

Let’s rewind to Mexico. After our mini-vacation in Tomatlán, we sailed to Santa Cruz, where we said goodbye to Andy. From there, we began our crossing of the Sea of Cortez, aiming for the southern tip of Baja California.

We made the crossing even more memorable by filming short snippets every hour or so, and I think it turned into a pretty entertaining summary of the journey. Along the way, we encountered countless turtles, two majestic whales, a playful sea lion, and some feathered friends—boobies—who kept us company halfway across the bay. To top it off, we caught a delicious yellowfin tuna, which made for an excellent meal.

See you soon with the next video, Floh
